Plans and free trial DropMetrics offers tiered subscriptions with different store limits, credits, and feature access. Choosing a plan 1. Visit Pricing while logged in or from the dashboard upgrade prompt. 2. Compare plans (store slots, credits, exports, AI tools). 3. Start checkout with Stripe — many plans include a free trial before billing begins. During trial - Explore features included in your selected tier - Add payment method before trial ends to avoid interruption - You can change or cancel from Profile → Subscription Billing - Invoices and payment history appear under subscription settings - Plan changes may prorate through Stripe Questions about enterprise or custom limits? How Credits Work

Credits overview Some actions use credits in addition to your plan limits (for example AI image enhancement or certain product fetches). Where to see balance - Dashboard credit indicator - Profile → Subscription or credits page for history and purchases Using credits - Each feature shows cost before you confirm (e.g. credits per image) - Monthly plan credits may refresh on your billing cycle - You can buy top-up packages when available Tips - Check remaining credits before batch operations - Review usage history to understand spend If a action is blocked for insufficient credits, upgrade your plan or purchase more credits.

Change or Cancel Your Subscription

Manage subscription Change plan 1. Go to Profile → Subscription (or the pricing page while logged in). 2. Select Change plan or Upgrade. 3. Confirm in Stripe checkout — proration is handled automatically. Cancel 1. Open subscription settings. 2. Choose Cancel subscription. 3. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Payment method Update card details through the Stripe customer portal link in your billing settings. Refunds are handled per our Terms of Service — contact support for billing disputes.
