Store will not validate
- Use the homepage URL, not admin or checkout links
- Confirm the site is public (no password wall)
- Wait a minute and retry — temporary blocks can occur
Products missing or slow
- Open the store and use Refresh
- Check fetch status on the store page
- Large catalogs take longer on first import
Already tracked
If you see "already tracked," the store is in your list — open it from Store Tracking.
Limits reached
Upgrade your plan or remove unused stores to free slots.
